Ocean Starr Cline is an artist in East Tennessee. The primary characteristics of her work include an interest in use of textiles and fibers under paintings for texture and the choice of simple subjects. The artist enjoys studying the play of light on surfaces and the significance of line.

A collection of new and old works will be hung at the Downtown West Regal Cinema in Knoxville, Tennessee from May 10, 2011 through the month of June.
New paintings will be shown at Bliss Home on Market Square in Knoxille, TN in July 2011. Reception on the First Friday of July.
